Discovery Meetings are scheduled for approximately 30 minutes, although some may continue longer when needed. We take the time to understand each trader’s journey, challenges, and goals, and to identify practical solutions that can help them move forward. Sometimes that means recommending an ATS pathway; at other times, it means honestly pointing them in a different direction if we believe that would better suit their needs.

ATS is not for every trader! Before booking a Discovery Meeting, please review the criteria below. We assess each booking for suitability and capacity and may cancel where ATS is not considered the right fit, with an explanation provided via Calendly, email, or SMS where possible.

❌ ATS Is Not a Good Fit:

1. You Only Want Fully Automated Prop Firm Trading

Your goal is to switch on a fully automated trading robot, have it pass and maintain prop firm accounts without your involvement, and generate income from a relatively small initial investment.
The problem is that professional fully automated trading generally requires sufficient drawdown tolerance to survive normal losing periods, whereas prop firm accounts often operate under much tighter drawdown and risk restrictions.
This creates a fundamental mismatch. A trading system may be profitable over the long term and still fail a prop evaluation or funded account because an ordinary sequence of losses breaches the firm's permitted drawdown before the system has an opportunity to recover.

Prop firm rules vary considerably. Some firms restrict, monitor, or prohibit certain forms of unattended automated trading, and their policies and risk rules may change.
ATS technology supports both fully automated trading and Hybrid Algo Trading, where the trader remains actively involved and works alongside professional trading technology.
We do not position ATS as a universal turnkey workspace that can simply be installed and immediately deployed across live or prop firm accounts without learning, configuration, testing, validation, and appropriate risk management.
Traders choosing the professional fully automated pathway may require six months to one year or longer to understand, configure, test, validate, and prepare systems for serious live deployment.
Professional automated trading may also require substantial capital, infrastructure, research, monitoring, maintenance, and diversification across multiple systems, instruments, brokers, and accounts. The challenge becomes considerably greater for traders operating with limited capital, limited experience, and highly restrictive prop firm drawdown rules.
If you only want completely unattended trading with no desire to learn, supervise, manage, or interact with the trading process, ATS is unlikely to be the right fit.
For prop firm trading, ATS believes Hybrid Algo Trading provides a more practical pathway by combining many of the advantages of automation with active trader judgement, adaptability, and risk control designed to operate within tighter trading constraints.

2. You Are Preoccupied With Other Traders' Algo Stats and Settings

We understand the attraction of seeing another trader's performance statistics, settings, or results and assuming that purchasing the same system will produce the same outcome. The reality is that one size does not fit all. Your trading method, decisions, risk profile, execution, and ultimately your statistics will be unique to you.
Automated system baselines can be extremely useful for research, testing, comparison, optimisation, and identifying favourable or unfavourable market phases. ATS uses automated baselines for exactly these purposes, but they are not a substitute for developing your own trading capability.
Baseline automated statistics are also not the same as the results produced by a skilled trader combining market context, discretion, risk control, trade management, and Hybrid Algo Trading technology.
Every trader has different experience, capital, availability, risk tolerance, execution quality, discipline, objectives, and decision-making ability.
ATS provides algorithmic baselines and starting points where appropriate, but the objective is to help you develop your own method, execution process, and statistics through routine, journaling, review, risk control, and adherence to a structured trade plan.
Trusted VIP traders may choose to share and discuss their own trades and statistics within appropriate ATS community areas, but another trader's results should never be interpreted as a promise or prediction of what you will achieve.
If your priority is finding supposedly perfect settings or copying somebody else's statistics rather than developing genuine trading capability, ATS is unlikely to meet your expectations. The objective is to learn how to trade for yourself — to learn how to fish, rather than simply being given a fish.

3. You Expect a Turnkey System That Produces Instant Profits

ATS is not a switch-on-and-watch-the-profits-grow product. We are looking for genuine traders who are prepared to learn, practise, develop their capability, and engage with the process of becoming a better trader. Focus on developing the skills and executing the process correctly; your statistics and results can then develop from that foundation over time.
Hybrid Algo Trading combines systems, technology, market intelligence, trader judgement, structured processes, risk controls, and continuous development.
It is not a single robot, indicator, signal, setting, or workspace that automatically produces reliable profits.
Building consistent trading capability requires practice, testing, experience, review, adaptation, repetition, and continual improvement.
Professional fully automated trading is available as an advanced pathway, but it normally requires considerably more preparation, capital, technical knowledge, diversification, infrastructure, and ongoing research than many retail traders initially expect.
Broad ATS planning examples for serious diversified automated trading may consider approximately $250,000 for a diversified Micro Futures portfolio or around $1.5 million for a larger E-mini Futures portfolio, depending on the systems, instruments, risk model, allocation, diversification, and account structure involved.

If you expect immediate income from a small account with minimal learning, involvement, effort, or risk, ATS is not the right pathway.

There is rarely a point where a serious trader can simply say, "I have arrived and there is nothing more to learn." The objective is to embrace the challenge, continually level up your skills, and allow experience, statistics, potential earnings, and return on investment to compound over time.
You get out what you put in. ATS is not a magical box where you invest a tiny amount and automatically receive life-changing returns. Trading is a professional performance activity, not a casino or lottery ticket.
ATS is designed for serious traders who are prepared to develop genuine trading capability over months and potentially years.
We do not recommend approaching trading as a casual one-month experiment with the expectation of immediate results.

Fast Track is not a casual monthly subscription, a shortcut, or a one-month profit guarantee.
Some traders may begin to see measurable progress, prop firm advancement, return on investment, or payouts from around Month 3 onwards, while others may require considerably longer.
Results depend on the trader's starting experience, available time, discipline, consistency, risk management, market conditions, execution quality, and willingness to follow the process.
Trading development is not a race, and there is no guaranteed timeline for consistency, profitability, return on investment, or payouts.
Payment plans may be available for eligible traders who want to commit to a full ATS package while spreading the cost over time.

The ATS methodology is not designed for traders looking for a quick fix or a so-called Holy Grail. Developing genuine trading skill can require hundreds or potentially thousands of hours of chart time, practice, repetition, review, routine, habit development, and structured execution.
