Independent Trader Services

Some traders prefer additional personal assistance alongside the self-assisted ATS Launch Pad, Zero to Hero resources, Help Center, AI Help Bot and VIP Trading Group.

Independent providers may offer services such as:

One-to-one technology and platform assistance
Fast-track setup and onboarding support
Remote installation and workspace assistance
Education covering trading tools and workflows
Personal coaching and trader-mastery services

Important: Independently supplied services are provided by the named third-party provider. ATS may introduce customers, arrange access to selected services and collect payment on behalf of a provider, but the provider remains responsible for delivering its services unless expressly stated otherwise.

Trader Success VIP is an independent third-party service provider and authorized ATS sales affiliate offering assisted onboarding, technology support and trader-mastery services.

Services are independently supplied by Trader Success VIP and not by Algo Trading Systems LLC. ATS may receive referral or affiliate compensation and may collect customer payments on behalf of the provider.

Independent and Commercial Relationships

ATS Ecosystem providers operate independently from Algo Trading Systems LLC. Their inclusion does not make them employees, subsidiaries, joint venturers or legal partners of ATS.

Some ATS Ecosystem providers may have referral, affiliate, payment-collection or other commercial arrangements with ATS.

ATS may introduce customers to a provider, arrange access to selected services and act as the provider’s limited payment-collection agent. Where applicable, the service provider, service price, payment arrangement and relevant terms will be identified before purchase.

A referral, affiliate or payment arrangement does not make the provider an employee, subsidiary, joint venturer or legal partner of ATS. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the named provider remains responsible for supplying and delivering its services.

Your trading and relevant industry experience
A description of the services you provide
Your website and relevant professional profiles
How your services could benefit ATS traders

If the ATS Help Bot responds first, ask it to escalate your request to an ATS Support Agent so the application can be reviewed.
