Optional Annual Maintenance (OAM) for One-Time Lifetime Licenses
Monthly and Annual plans already include all OAM benefits. One-Time Lifetime licenses include these benefits for the first year, after which Annual Maintenance is optional.
Optional Annual Maintenance provides renewable services, cloud-system access, major desktop product upgrades, priority support and trading-group access, including:
- The first year of Annual Maintenance and Priority Support is included with all One-Time Lifetime licences. For ATS Universal packages, this includes the associated AFT, AWT, AST, cloud services and trading-group access.
- Major Version Upgrade Assurance, such as upgrading from AFT8 to AFT9 without paying the standard major-version upgrade fee, which is typically approximately 35% of the full product price.
- Assisted Priority Support through the Help Desk and Discord.
- Access to eligible new products, features, systems and services.

AFT Lifetime Includes

Annual Maintenance for Payment Plans
For a One-Time Lifetime licence purchased through an ATS payment plan, Annual Maintenance becomes due in month 12 for a 10-month payment plan, or two months after completion of a longer payment plan.
Annual Price Lock-In
Maintain uninterrupted Annual Maintenance or an eligible annual subscription to lock in its price for the life of the service and retain access to the applicable products, features, systems and services without future price increases.
