Affiliate Program Intro

AlgoTradingSystems LLC (ATS) invites established entities, trading group operators, trading educators, and ATS VIP traders with a proven track record using the ATS toolset to apply for our affiliate program.

Affiliate Scheme Goal

The goal of the affiliate program is to drive targeted traffic into the ATS funnel, generate free trial signups, and, where possible, assist in converting trial users into full ATS VIP traders.

This creates a win-win outcome where successful traders benefit the customer, the affiliate, and ATS.

Commission Structure

Affiliates are paid on eligible sales generated through their affiliate code, referral links, coupon codes, or approved payment links.

Tiers and Thresholds

Commission rates are determined by monthly affiliate activity. Sales, renewals, and qualified leads are used to calculate the affiliate's final commission tier for the month. Commissions are paid only on eligible purchases and subscription renewals.

Affiliate performance, sales, renewals, lead generation, and marketing activity are tracked throughout the month. At month end, the affiliate's final commission tier is automatically calculated based on the thresholds achieved during that month. The resulting commission rate is then applied to the month's eligible earnings to determine the final payout amount.

As a result, commission earnings on purchases and subscription renewals may increase or decrease depending on affiliate activity, lead generation, marketing efforts, customer engagement, and overall performance during the month.

Qualified leads do not generate direct commission payments. Lead activity is used solely to determine the applicable commission tier. Commissions are earned only on eligible purchases and subscription renewals.
A qualified lead is a genuine, engaged user who signs up for a trial or purchases an ATS product or service, actively engages with the ATS toolset, and demonstrates a reasonable likelihood of becoming a paid customer. The affiliate program is designed to reward affiliates for generating meaningful traffic, engagement, and conversions rather than low-quality, duplicate, automated, fraudulent, or spam traffic.
ATS reserves the right to determine lead validity and to modify affiliate rates, payout terms, eligibility requirements, benefits, and program conditions at any time.
Affiliates are expected to maintain a minimum level of activity. Failure to achieve the Base Tier threshold of at least 1 sale/renewal per month or 5 qualified leads for two (2) consecutive calendar months may result in suspension, review, or termination of affiliate status through automated processes or at ATS's sole discretion.

Affiliate Status and Privileges

Affiliate access, product privileges, discounts, and benefits are provided at ATS discretion and are reviewed monthly based on performance, traffic flow, communication, sales activity, and quality of engagement.

High-performing affiliates may receive enhanced access or have certain fees waived. Inactive affiliates, or affiliates with no meaningful traffic, promotion, or sales activity, may have access reduced or the affiliate agreement reviewed or terminated.

Simple Works Best

Affiliates should refer traders into the ATS funnel using their affiliate code and links to the website. Users are onboarded and can experience the ATS toolset, receive support, and upgrade to paid ATS products or VIP services.

Transparency

Affiliates can track referred leads, purchases, commissions, and payout status through the ATS affiliate system. The system is integrated with Stripe where applicable to support accurate tracking and transparent reporting.

Access to the affiliate dashboard is provided to all approved/active affiliates, allowing them to monitor their performance and earnings in real-time via the ATS Universal Account.

Payouts

Monthly payouts are made via ACH transfer, Stripe, or other approved payment arrangements. A minimum payout threshold of $150 applies for monthly payouts. Standard payouts are processed on or around the 15th of each month for the previous month's eligible earnings.

Earnings below the minimum payout threshold will remain on the affiliate account and roll forward until the threshold is reached.

Communication Requirements

Affiliates are expected to maintain professional business-level communication with ATS. Timely responses to emails, support tickets, payment notices, compliance requests, and other affiliate-related communications are required as a condition of participation in the affiliate program.

Affiliate program updates, commission notices, payment information, policy changes, and other important communications may be issued periodically by ATS. Affiliates are responsible for monitoring and responding to such communications when required.

Affiliates must ensure that emails from ATS, including [email protected] and other ATS support addresses, are permitted through their email systems and are not blocked, filtered, or ignored. Affiliates are responsible for maintaining valid contact information and ensuring that ATS communications can be received and reviewed.

Failure to respond to important communications, repeated non-responsiveness, ignored notices, unresolved communication issues, or the inability to maintain reliable communication channels may result in suspension, review, restriction of affiliate privileges, or termination from the ATS Affiliate Program at ATS's discretion.

The affiliate relationship is a business relationship. Effective communication is considered a core requirement of participation in the ATS Affiliate Program.

Affiliate Tax Position

Affiliates operate as independent contractors and are not employees, agents, partners, or representatives of ATS. Each affiliate is solely responsible for maintaining any required self-employed, freelance, sole trader, business, or company status required in their jurisdiction.

Affiliates are solely responsible for their own accounting records, bookkeeping, tax reporting, tax registrations, filings, declarations, and payment of any taxes, duties, fees, or other obligations arising from affiliate commissions received through the ATS Affiliate Program.

ATS, AlgoTradingSystems LLC, and its payment agents do not provide tax, accounting, legal, or regulatory advice. Affiliates are responsible for obtaining independent professional advice where required and for ensuring compliance with the laws and regulations applicable in their country of residence, tax registration, or business operation.

How to Become an ATS Affiliate

To apply, please contact the ATS Help Desk with your company details, audience profile, and intended marketing plan.

We are seeking established entities, trading group operators, trading educators, influencers with a legitimate following, and ATS VIP traders with a proven track record using the ATS toolset.

This program is not generally available to solo retail traders or individual customers without an established audience or proven ATS trading results.

Termination

Either party may terminate the affiliate agreement with written notice. Upon termination, eligible pending payouts accrued up to the termination date will be paid subject to the minimum payout threshold, payment schedule, and any applicable review.

Inactivity will be reviewed monthly, and affiliates with no meaningful traffic, visible promotion, or sales activity may have access reduced or the affiliate agreement terminated.

ATS reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate affiliate access, privileges, commissions, or participation in the affiliate program at its sole discretion, without warning or notice.
